Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout depending on your shipping address.

A return can be requested except for our facemasks and earrings for hygienic reasons. Refunds are not possible due the fact that we are a small slow-fashion brand. Only exchange for product of equal value can be chosen.

It will have to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, with tags and, preferably, in original packaging for sustainable reasons. As soon as the return is received and approved, we will send you a couponcode with the matching amount for you to use on the website.

Please make sure you will receive a tracking code from the chosen company. We cannot exchange your items if the order isn't received at the office.
