Handmade-to-order
If not mentioned otherwise, all products are handmade-to-order. After your purchase is completed, approx. 4 workdays are needed to make your pieces and send it your way. We always try to stick to this time period but sometimes it may differ and result into quicker or delayed shipment. Updates will be sent to you about the status of you pieces during this period.
Shipping
We ship to most countries in Europe with DHL. Any additional taxes and other costs are the customers responsibility.
If you would like to ship to a country that is not a possibility at check out, please contact us at info@brii-studio.com to discuss the possibilities.

Delivery time may differ due to your shipping address.
Returns
A return can be requested except for our facemasks and earrings for hygienic reasons. Refunds are not possible due the fact that we are a small slow-fashion brand. Only exchange for product(s) of equal value can be chosen.

It will have to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, with tags and, preferably, in original packaging for sustainable reasons. As soon as the return is received and approved, we will send you a couponcode with the matching amount for you to use on the website.
Please make sure you will receive a tracking code from the chosen company. We cannot exchange your items if the order isn't received at the office.

At every product page there is a specification showing the measurements of the garments so you can decide what size and fit you desire.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
After your order is completed, we will have 4 workdays to make it and send it to you. You will receive a shipping conformation with a tracking code.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout depending on your shipping address.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
As everything is made in our studio in The Netherlands, we also ship from there.

Since everything is handmade-to-order, you will have to return your current order and place a new order.

Custom Collection
HOW DOES A CUSTOM ORDER WORK?
The process begins with an initial meeting where we’ll discuss your custom design, establish a deadline, and take your measurements. After this, we’ll create a sample to ensure the fit is perfect.
In a second meeting, we’ll have you try on the sample, and make any necessary adjustments. Once we have the final fit, we will begin making the final garment(s).
When your order is complete, you can pick it up from our studio (our preferred method), or we can arrange shipping to you.
Additional fittings can be scheduled if needed.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
After the first meeting, you’ll receive an offer. Once you approve the offer, we’ll issue an invoice for a 50% pre-payment of the total price.
When your order is finished, the remaining balance will be invoiced. Once the final payment is received, your garment will be ready for pickup or shipping.
Please note: All invoices are in euros (€), as we are a Dutch brand.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you’d like an update on your order at any point during the process, simply send us an email and we’ll provide you with the latest information.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once production of the final garment(s) has begun, the order cannot be canceled or altered. If you cancel before final production starts, any payments made will not be refunded.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE FINISHED?
The timeline for your order will be discussed during the initial meeting, as it varies depending on the specifics of each order.
